Top, the organizer of the Nîmes Auto-Moto Prestige and Collection Motor Show on 28-29 January, had decided to highlight the Peugeot adventure in endurance before it heard about the French make’s withdrawal.

Thus, the Bourdais-Davidson 908, now a historical vehicle, was in its rightful place in this evocation of the past where visitors could admire the Darl’Mat 302 Special Sport, which finished eighth in the 1937 Le Mans 24 Hours driven by Charles de Cortanze and Maurice Serre.
